Blush De-Alcoholised dry Pink Wine

Blush De-Alcoholised dry Pink Wine

The inspiration behind creating a de-alcoholised brand in both the local and international market, came one night after such a fantastic and festive evening in a beautiful rose garden. We danced and laughed the night away with spritzers made from grape juice! I thought to myself.. We had such a good time and I felt alive and energised the next morning, ready for my day, without the heaviness I would normally experience after one glass too many!
Of course now we can have an excuse to have a celebration any time of the day, any day of the week, feeling fully present and alive!

Here, the magic is felt by all those who experience these beautiful floral wines with a floral and fruity palet.

You may be asking yourself: What does de-alcoholised mean? Simply put, the alcohol is removed from the finished wine by using technology where the wine is put through a spinning cone, which sends the wine through different membranes at high revolution, removing the alcohol. This beverage contains no additions and is chemical free.
The palate is delicate and s and alive, well balanced and harmonious.
So why not give it a try?

The story behind our
"Blush" dry Pink wine :
De-Alcoholised is a range of varietals where the focus
is on fruit driven, varietal true, value for money wines. The grapes were harvested from dryland farmed vineyards in Darling, where the vines are not trellised and planted as bush vines.
IN THE VINEYARD
Terroir: Vineyards from different slopes and different soils were used for this bend. The cool nights and cool South-westerly wind in the afternoons cooled the vineyards down and helped to form the elegant fruit flavours. Soil of weathered granite to deep red and well drained soils.
Vineyard type: Bush Vine, no irrigation
Yield: 6 t/ha
Balling at Harvest: 21-22°B
WINEMAKING
Vinification: Crush and destalk, 18 days fermentation at 14°C. Grapes and juice handled reductively to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness.
Maturation: Left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then De-Alcoholised by way of a gently spun cone technology. This is done under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the product retains its distinctive wine body, colour and flavour.

WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS:
Great light salmon pink colour with ripe strawberries and sweet candyfloss on the nose following through to a balanced palate with a lingering finish.
FOOD RECOMMENDATION:
Will pair well with roasted chicken, a salmon salad, Italian food with a red
sauce or stuffed mushrooms. Low in calories and vegan-friendly.
